Registration Fee

● For new customers only or those who have an expired pass for 3 months or more.

● 7% NJ sales tax will be added to the registration fee.

Easy Fitness Ticket (EFT)

$45.00

● Unlimited Classes.

● A month to month pass; not a contract.*

● No time commitments; cancel by the 15th of one month and you're off the next!

Day Pass

$15.00

● One Day Pass.

● Take as many classes as you'd like for one day.

Student Pass

$22.50

● Full time students, ages 25 and under get 1/2 off our EFT pass ($22.50) and 1/2 off the registration fee ($25.00).

● A valid, photo ID may be required.

● This pass does not qualify for our Make The Connection program.

Babysitting

$2.00

Babysitting is available for our 9:30 a.m. classes at a cost of $2.00 per child.

● *Class fees are taken out of your checking account or charged to your credit card via electronic fund transfer the first business day of each month.

● Our New Customer Specials may not be combined with other offers.

● EFT accounts may not be put on hold nor can any adjustments be made for less than a 1 month period.

● Some health insurance companies reimburse for participating regularly in an exercise program. Check with your health insurance provider for details.

● To supplement your workout, you may utiize our cross ticketing program which allows you to take additional classes at nearby, participating, Jazzercise facilities for no additional cost. Ask for details at the registration desk.

● Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted for purchases made at class. These cards plus the American Express credit card may be used for monthly EFT charges.

● Do you plan to visit us from another Jazzercise location? Please do. With proof of a current, valid registration from another Jazzercise location outside of Monmouth or Ocean County, you may enjoy up to two week's of consecutive classes at this location FREE. Staying in our area longer than two weeks? No problem. We'll work out a special deal for you!

● Are you a local Jazzerciser from within Monmouth or Ocean County? Great. With proof of a current, valid registration from another nearby Jazzercise location you may take an occasional class at this location FREE. If you take classes with us often we'll work out a special arrangement for you.
