No pre-registration is required; just arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the start of the class in order to sign in. Be sure to bring a mat or towel for the floor routines,
plenty of water and hand-held weights (if you choose to use them).

Jazzercise is the effective, total-body conditioning program that will help you

We incorporate the latest dance moves with the best of Pilates, kickboxing and
yoga techniques for a workout you will want to do again and again.
